• Design name/title
• Timestamp of the “Request to Print/Paint” click

Why we collect it

To log student project‐update requests in a central Google Sheet for your organization’s notification system.

How we store it

All entries are written directly to a Google Sheet you control. No data is sent elsewhere.

Who can see it

Only your organization’s administrators who have access to that Sheet. Students cannot view or change it.
